Valetude is a service organization that writes its own software rather than a software product organization that provides some services.  Paramount to our success over the past 30 years is the way we partner with clients to achieve results.  While Valetude software offers powerful, flexible tools to meet revenue cycle challenges, it is our service-oriented partnership efforts that ensure clients realize optimal benefits.  This is perhaps the most important thing that distinguishes us from our competitors.


We provide a thorough prototyping and assessment process to evaluate opportunities for prospective clients.   Once proof of results is documented, we focus efforts on maintaining the kind of sustained effort necessary for on-going results, and on measuring those results credibly and accurately.  Together, we provide results through a full complement of services:

Pre-installation Planning

We consult with clients to work through schedule, data feed specifications/timing/format, and software deployment/testing/training.


Database Configuration, Procedural Inputs and Reporting Specifications

Our parameter-driven software is used to configure input forms, processing functions, menus and data calculations to ensure system performance and a configuration that is suitable for each client.


Custom Programming

We perform programming required to implement client-specific procedures.   Modifications can typically be delivered with short lead times.


Data Conversion

We assist clients with importing historical data from previous systems.



We provide on-site and webinar training for Valetude users.


Client “Hot-Line” Support

Each client has one or more specific Account managers familiar with your implementation and usage of Valetude.   Clients have direct access to their Account Manager; there is never a wait in a service queue for the next available representative.


Consultation throughout Life of System

We work with clients to modify systems when necessary to meet on-going challenges.  Clients are not relegated to a call center, but supported by Account Managers who are intimately involved during all phases of the partnership.
